UPDATE 29 March @ 12:26 - Western Cape traffic head Kenny Africa says they are monitoring the situation, "please make use of alternative routes".
KNYSNA NEWS - Service delivery protests continue.
Residents from Hornlee indicated that among other things, they aren't happy with service delivery in the area, the land issues, not being a priority, land being made available for backyard dwellers and watermeters.
They have now closed the N2 during their protest action.
