MSC Cruises, a service provider, played a crucial role in ensuring a seamless journey for all participants. 

However, challenges arose during the planning and execution of the cruise, including communication and coordination issues.

Delays in providing essential details by Eden FM to MSC Cruises, such as passenger information, dietary requirements, and special requests, hindered MSC Cruises' ability to prepare and cater to the participants' needs. 

Additionally, outstanding payments for the cruise remained unresolved, causing some passengers to be unable to board the cruise. 

Despite these challenges, MSC Cruises remained committed to assisting Eden FM and addressing the concerns of the affected listeners.
