KNYSNA NEWS - Knysna Lions will be working in conjunction with registered nurses from the Knysna Provincial Hospital as well as Life Hospital Knysna, to provide a free service to the public in line with World Diabetes Day on Tuesday 14 November.
The Lions says they encourage the public to please have their blood sugar levels tested at the following service points between 09:00 and 15:00:
14 November – Pick n Pay
18 November – Woodmill Lane
25 November – Woodmill Lane
1December – Hornlee clinic
“We aim to have a large portion of the community tested, as well informing the public of this disease which is on the increase,” says a Knysna Lions’ press release.
