KNYSNA NEWS - The Greater Knysna Business Chamber has issued a travel advisory to assure visitors that the town remains functional and safe to visit. 

The Chamber encourages both local and foreign tourists to explore the town's attractions and promises a memorable stay. 

The town's residents and business owners have shown resilience in the face of adversity, supporting each other during times of need.

The Chamber's newly elected executive, led by Chairperson Jan van der Westhuizen, is actively working with the municipality to address the issues and expect positive results.

Knysna remains dedicated to ensuring the safety of its visitors and residents, offering a wide range of attractions and activities. 

The lower crime rate reported during the festive season is evidence of the success of anti-crime initiatives implemented by the community and residents' associations. 

The Chamber is currently working with the municipality on multiple fronts, including investment, water waste and energy management, education and skills development, and property development.
