KNYSNA NEWS - An exhibition of the works of renowned South African photographer Daniel Naudé opens on Saturday 8 February at Knysna Fine Art.
Entitled Seeing Is Believing, the exhibition will run at the gallery until around 9 March.
This collection of works chosen by Naudé traverses and evokes landscapes and narratives from South Africa, Uganda and Australia, and invites the viewer to question perception and memory.
Naudé was born in 1984 in Cape Town, where he continues to live. He graduated with a BA Visual Arts Honours degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 2007.
Four continents
Since then, his stellar career has encompassed group and solo exhibitions on four continents.
His work is in major museum, corporate and private collections internationally including the J Paul Getty Museum in Los Angeles, and the Paul Allen (co-founder of Microsoft) collection.
