This after the school’s first fully-fledged computer laboratory was officially opened yesterday, Monday, March 9.
The school’s journey to establishing the laboratory started a year ago with the donation of 35 desktop computers from Netherlands-based NGO Computers for Africa.
“Since the donation we have been quite busy behind the scenes. We had to get sponsors on board to install the computers and make sure each computer had the necessary programmes installed to help the learners,” Formosa Primary School teacher Leigh Dunn said.
