SOUTHERN CAPE NEWS - The Cancer Association of South Africa (Cansa) Southern Cape Karoo branch is once again presenting their fundraising project 'Art from the Heart' on Friday 6 October.

Artists are welcome to donate paintings to be auctioned off on this day at 18:00 at the St Augustine Church Hall, Meade Street, George. 

All artists are invited to create and donate a painting for the auction. Artists can collect a canvas from the Cansa office. Delivery of canvas can be organized.

Viewing will be on the same day from 09:00 to 18:00. An entrance fee of R15 will be charged for viewing.

The auction will take place the evening from 18:00. Tickets are available from Cansa at R50 per person. Light refreshments will be served.

Artworks can be handed in at the Cansa office at 103 Merriman Street, George.
