KNYSNA NEWS - In true Île de Païn style, Liezie Mulder and a team of choice food experts offered an amazing and delicious array of delectable courses paired with some of the finest wines, ended off with a gin tasting.
The event, a fundraiser for Knysna Sedgefield Hospice, was a top-notch function and a “must do” on the Knysna calendar.
It was faultlessly executed, staff worked tirelessly, food was in abundance in a beautiful and luxurious environment, and all involved are to be thanked for their generosity toward Hospice.

The team, along with guest chef Geoffrey Murray and generous co-sponsors, were delighted to be able to share their specific skills in raising awareness and funds for Hospice.

Having long admired the work that Hospice does in the Greater Knysna community, the Île de Païn team said they wished to offer a meaningful contribution in the most appropriate form – the creation of community through breaking bread, sharing delicious food and the enjoyment of good company.
