KNYSNA NEWS - Knysna Municipality warns residents that now may not be the best time to wash clothes or other items that should come out white.
Owing to the heavy rainfall of last week, water coming from residents’ taps is still discoloured.
The municipality says it is safe to drink as it has been treated, warns that it could stain white clothes and light-coloured washing.
Once the water is back to its normal colour, the public will be notified and given the go-ahead to wash that white load.
