Arson docket opened after Thursday's Bossiesgif fire

This fire followed close on the heels of a previous fire that destroyed about 100 homes in Bossiesgif in the early hours of Monday morning, 4 August.

Update

PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - Plettenberg Bay detectives are investigating whether arson could be the cause of the second Bossiesgif fire in the early hours of Thursday 7 August.

Southern Cape police spokesperson Sergeant Chris Spies said circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation.

About 20 homes were destroyed in the fire.

Plettenberg Bay detectives have opened an arson docket, according to Spies.
