TOWN AREA
THEFT - NELSON STR (Thurs 13 July @ 16h26) - Client reported her cellphone was stolen from the premises. Video footage showed incident happened an hour earlier. Description was obtained and area searched. No arrests made.
BURGLARY - LONG STR (Fri 14 July @ 02h16) - Officer responded to alarm and found break-in. Entry gained through Kitchen window. Owner notified and confirmed nothing missing.
THEFT - GORDON STR (Fri 14 July @ 14h04) - Client requested assistance after suspect was caught stealing a cellphone from customer. SAPS were notified, case was opened and suspect was charged.
THEFT - TROTTER STR (Fri 14 July @ 15h37) - Guarding manager requested assistance after suspect was apprehended for theft of overalls. Owner declined to open case, items were returned and suspect was released.
THEFT OF VEHICLE - THESEN HARBOUR TOWN (Sun 16 July @ 09h10) - Gentleman reported that his vehicle was stolen sometime during the night. SAPS were notified and a case was opened.
PARADISE / KNYSNA HEIGHTS / HEUWELKRUIN
THEFT - RIDGE DR (Sat 15 July @ 11h41) - Resident reported 2 people leaving burned property with bags of stuff. Officer responded and found the 2 men with bags of metal. Owner could not be located to open a case. Both men removed from area.
SALT RIVER / GREEN PASTURES / BLARICUM
THEFT OUT M.V / BURGLARY - SALT RIVER RD (Sat 15 July @ 10h06) - Client reported suspect entered via open garage door, items stolen from vehicle. Entry to house through interleading door, Ipad and keyboard reported missing from home. SAPS were notified and a case was opened.
INDUSTRIAL AREA / HORNLEE / NEKKIES
BURGLARY - VIGILANCE DR (Mon 17 July @ 09h36) - Keyholder requested assistance at suspected break-in. Officer reported lock on door was missing and bathroom burglar bars were removed. Keyholder confirmed that various food items were missing. SAPS were notified and a case was opened.
THEFT - MARLIN DR (Tues 18 July @ 03h07) - Client reported hearing noises. Officer responded and found tools near open holes. An estimated 3m of electrical cable was missing from ground. No suspects found.
FISHER HAVEN / HUNTERS HOME / REXFORD
BURGLARY - THESEN STR (Sun 16 July @ 10h36) - Client telephoned to report that they had a break-in during the night. Sliding door was forced open. Keys and gas bottle were reported missing. Case was opened.
BURGLARY - STRYDOM STR (Tues 18 July @ 03h08) - Client reported hearing noises on the property. Officer found outside storeroom lock broken. Client reported nothing visibly missing.
BURGLARY - GALJOEN STR (Wed 19 July @ 01h59) - Officer responded to alarm signal and confirmed positive break-in. Two windows were forced open and force marks found on interleading door to house. Keyholder was notified but unable to attend. SAPS were informed.
BRENTON-ON-SEA / LAKE BRENTON
BURGLARY - YELLOWWOOD CRESC (Sat 15 July @ 00h18) - Officer responded to alarm signal and found window forced open. Keyholder met officer on site, confirmed nothing missing. No case was opened.
