KNYSNA NEWS - Southern Cape police spokesperson, Chris Spies, confirmed that a 32-year-old man, accused of murdering Knysna bottle store owner Bebeto Fundi in July, made a brief appearance in the Knysna Magistrate's Court on Monday 21 October and is due to make an appearance tomorrow again.
Fundi, who owned a bottle store in the Sanlam Nekkies neighbourhood, closed his store at around 20:20 on 1 July, and was walking to his car when unknown gunmen opened fire on him in an apparent attempt to rob him.
According to unconfirmed information at the time, two of Fundi's children were with him when he was gunned down.
