400 title deeds for new Bitou homeowners

PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - A singing and dancing crowd filled the New Horizons community hall on Thursday 16 May to celebrate the handing over of 400 title deeds to new homeowners.

The imbizo was attended by Deputy Minister of Human Settlements Pam Tshwete, together with the Bitou Council top brass including the mayor, deputy mayor, speaker, ANC chief whip and some councillors.
