What can you do?
Consider finding something else to do when you feel a craving coming on. Engaging in some form of physical activity such as cleaning the house or even going for a walk may be a great way to get your mind off food and better yet – you will burn some calories doing so! Odds are that you may not feel like snacking afterwards.
If you still feel the urge to eat something, try to keep to a small portion size and ensure that it’s healthy too. Opt to always keep healthy snacks on hand such as fruit, nuts, rasins, etc. You never know when you may need them!
