Zeelie murder trial postponed
The murder case against Knysna local Eugene Stander (left), who stands accused of murdering his then ex-girlfriend Shantel Zeelie on 5 January 2009, was postponed on Tuesday 13 March to 26 March for further testimony in the Circuit High Court in Knysna. The case was postponed due to the upcoming public holiday, and to allow the defence to consult their own cellphone engineer. KNYSNA NEWS - The murder case against Knysna local Eugene Stander (left), who stands accused of murdering his then ex-girlfriend Shantel Zeelie on 5 January 2009, was postponed on Tuesday 13 March to 26 March for further testimony in the Circuit High Court in Knysna. 

The case was postponed due to the upcoming public holiday, and to allow the defence to consult their own cellphone engineer.
