KNYSNA NEWS - The Waterfront Knysna Quays Leisure Centre held its annual Christmas party for children from communities in and around Knysna on 27 November.

Over 100 children were treated to a ride on the Featherbed Co’s Peddle Cruiser. Not even the rainy weather could dampen their spirit as they embarked on this adventure. 

Father Christmas made a surprise visit and handed each of them a present.

Working together with the Knysna Education Trust, children attending the following crèches in Greater Knysna were invited: Bitou Crèche, Chalkey Talkey, Concordia Crèche, Gugulethu Educare, Hlalani Preschool, Judah Square Educare, Little Hearts, Maranatha, Sophakama and Tinkerland.

The Waterfront Knysna Quays management extends a special thank you to the Featherbed Co for their generous assistance in making this outing possible and a special experience for the children, as well as taking care of their safety.
