Western Cape Minister of Education Debbie Schafer said learners will now receive quality education in state-of-the art schools that they and the community can be proud of. “The need for learners to learn in an environment which is safe is essential. This goes hand in hand with quality educators and support structures. These schools are now equipped with this,” said Minister Schafer.
