KNYSNA NEWS - Each year at Knysna's Leisure Isle Festival, Steenbok Nature Reserve raises funds for its upkeep, management and introduction of new features.
This year, photographers were invited to submit photos depicting their Steenbok experience.
Seventy entries were received and 14 were chosen for submission to our professional judges Warren Fleming and Andrew Aveley.
They chose seven images that have been printed by Glenda Fleming on A3 on canvas and these will be the raffle prizes at the Steenbok stand at the Leisure Isle Festival on Saturday and Sunday, 4 and 5 November.
Chris Daly and Andrew Aveley have also favoured us with stunning Steenbok photographs, also on canvas, which will be sold for our account, at our stand, at the festival.
A function was held on Thursday 26 October at the Leisure Isle boat club where the winning photos, and those donated by Chris and Andrew, were on show.
