REGIONAL NEWS - Police are currently searching for two people, Alecia Esterhuizen and Athenkosi Botile, who were recently reported as missing. Esterhuizen was reported as missing having been last seen in Sedgefield while Botile was last seen in Concordia.
Knysna police issued the two missing persons alerts earlier today, 5 December in the hopes of finding the duo and returning them home safely.
Botile was last seen in Concordia on 3 December, having been admitted to hospital for a head injury earlier that day. He never returned home however, and has not been seen since. He was last seen wearing a beige jacket and trousers and a checked shirt.
Esterhuizen, who hails from Brits in North West, was last seen walking near Cloud Nine on 4 December. She was last seen wearing black jeans and black shoes, however no description of her top was provided. Both people are believed to be in their 20s.
