PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - A planned power interruption in Plettenberg Bay, which had been postponed from Wednesday 5 May to today, has been postponed for a second time.
The Bitou Municipality’s electrical department was set to connect a new line to the transformer at the Kwanokuthula substation yesterday, but postponed it to today following a series of technical issues.
The work was however cancelled this morning, Thursday 6 May, as a result of adverse weather and unresolved issues caused by Wednesday night’s storm.
