KNYSNA NEWS - Jaden Wigg, a Grade 12 student at Oakhill School in Knysna, has became the first Oakhill music student to complete the Grade 7 practical exam online.
Due to Covid, the Trinity College examiners weren’t able to do their annual tours to South Africa and therefore Jaden had to complete the exam online during the December holidays.
Jaden is doing music as an additional (8th) subject and has achieved the IEB practical requirements by passing the Grade 7 exam, with the theory exam to be written later this year.
Even though 2020 prevented many musical performances, it is wonderful to know that this goal could still be achieved!
