KNYSNA NEWS - Local modelling agency ACE Models Knysna/Plettenberg Bay recently donned some funky outfits and shoes in support of the Tekkie Tax campaign.
The campaign revolves around paying "tekkie tax" to wear funky shoes or even civvies to work or school on a specified day.
It is held annually to raise vital funds for the Epilepsy SA organisation, with the Southern Cape/Karoo branch in Rio Street our local beneficiary.
This year it was celebrated in May, a little earlier than the usual August.
There is still one more week left in May during which you can support the initiative.
Simply get in touch with Ashleigh Smith, PRO for the local Epilepsy SA branch, on 044 382 2155 or via e-mail at marketing.sck@epilepsy.org.za to do your bit.
