KNYSNA NEWS - The team from Ocean Odyssey is calling on Knysna residents to get up and show their support for this year’s Spring Clean Greater Knysna set to take place next weekend.
The cleanup will be the third instalment of the initiative and due to the Covid-19 pandemic, participating teams will be restricted to a maximum of 10 people.
Each team will be allocated an area of Greater Knysna that they may choose, but if their area has already been chosen, organisers will reallocate to avoid overcrowding of one space and spread the reach of the cleanup.
The event will take place on Saturday 19 September, and there will not be a fixed time. Instead, groups will be asked to do their part for a minimum of an hour during the day between 07:00 and 15:00.
