KNYSNA NEWS - The Western Cape High Court on Wednesday declared Knysna blogger, Mike Hampton in contempt of court following an interdict in 2015 that barred him from publishing anything defamatory about former Knysna deputy mayor Esme Edge.
The court also ordered the sheriff to arrest Hampton and that he be brought before court as soon as possible to provide reasons as to why he should not be imprisoned for 60 days.
The court also ordered that Hampton’s e-book titled Same Shit, Different Government, scheduled to be published on 1 April, not be published.
