KNYSNA NEWS - The Knysna Education Trust (Ket) held its Excellence Awards at St Georges Anglican Church on Wednesday 29 November, to honour dedicated teaching staff and celebrate outstanding achievements in the early childhood development sector.
The ceremony began with a fun performance by kids from Bubblegummers Preschool and Nursery. The keynote speaker, senior education specialist at the WCED Knysna office Janette Jooste, praised the educators for planting the seed for excellence and helping young learners build valuable skills.
Recipients of the Numba numeracy and Fonix literacy programme awards.
The awards also celebrated the hard work and dedication of Ket's volunteers.
