SEDGEFIELD NEWS - Garden Route residents are in for a treat this afternoon when 80 men of all ages, shapes and sizes wearing only purple speedos will take to the streets in Sedgefield to run 5km in aid of male cancer awareness in the 2023 Hollard Daredevil Run.
Runs are taking place all around South Africa and in Sedgefield the brave guys will set off at 16:00 from Cafe Vienna Diner.
All proceeds from the Hollard Daredevil Run go to the Cancer Association of South Africa and the Prostate Cancer Foundation of South Africa, to fund testing in under-resourced areas and increase awareness, support and research.
The annual run is always great fun, so be sure to line the streets in our famous Slow Town at 16:00 in support of our brave men in their skimpy briefs. And if you are accused of being there for the eye candy - so what?! It's all for a good cause!
