PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - CemAir has announced that all their domestic flights have temporarily been suspended following paperwork issues identified by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) during an annual audit.
The carrier, which has regular flights between Plettenberg Bay and other major centres, said in a statement that they were working with the SACAA to resolve the issue and would be meeting with the regulator over the weekend.
“As information becomes available we will issue further press releases.”
CemAir said that it was unclear how long this situation would persist.
In the interim the airline is making alternate arrangements for passengers where possible.
“We are working closely with other carriers to accommodate our passengers with minimum inconvenience. Alternately all passengers can apply for a full refund.”
