The Bubbly, Oysters & Chocolate Experience is a fun and informative evening of sophisticated tasting and pairing against the backdrop of beautiful views across the Knysna Lagoon and Outeniqua Mountains.
After sipping welcoming bubbly, visitors can enjoy a short discussion about Champagne (the real thing) as well as a presentation about oysters.
Six bubblies (Ayama, Bramon, Rare Earth, Rosendal, Saxenburg) will be showcased and guests will also taste and learn how to pair bubbly, oysters and chocolate.
A DJ will play music to fit the occasion and mood. A buffet dinner is optional.
A lucky ticket draw will add to the excitement and raffle tickets (also for sale from this week at R20 each) will benefit Hospice and the Knysna Education Trust. Lovely prizes can be won, including weekends away, game experiences, chiropractic scans, beauty treatments, bubbly, cellar tours, meal vouchers, golf and more.
Only 100 event tickets are available (but many more raffle tickets for a chance to win one of the great prizes).
The Bubbly, Oysters & Chocolate Experience tickets cost R295 and R395 (including the buffet). The event takes place at 17:30 for 18:00.
