PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - A group of municipal administrative workers and the deputy mayor brought a little bougainvillea brightness into Bitou Council at its monthly meeting on Monday 31 October.
They were commemorating and showing support for the end of Breast Cancer Month, with a message of “brightness and new hope”, said Jessica Jansen.
