Boat beauties beckon at weekend show
Boating aficionados are gearing up for the annual Knysna Antique & Classic Boat Show.

KNYSNA NEWS - Boating aficionados are gearing up for the annual Knysna Antique & Classic Boat Show this weekend. 

A competition will be held at the launch of the show at Tapas tomorrow night, Friday 4 October, when three hand slides will be up for grabs. 

The rest of the boat show will be held from 10:00 on the Turbine Hotel lawn and jetties in Thesen Harbour Town on Saturday 5 October. 

An example of one of the handslides that can be won, which Knysna-Plett Herald last week incorrectly described as a surfboard.
