KNYSNA NEWS - On 19 August, Knysna's biking factions and My Father's House Baptist Church organised a mass ride for Women's Month to celebrate the women in the community.
The event was spearheaded by Rev S. Nicholas Mfecane, the presiding pastor at My Father's House Baptist Church, and the Bishop of the Road Eagles biking fraternity.
The bikers assembled at Cathy's Park and walked to My Father's House Church to meet with the ladies and hand over gifts.
The biking fraternity and church prepared special gifts as tokens of appreciation, recognising and celebrating their contributions. The event aimed to uplift the spirits of the women and let them know they are highly regarded members of the community.
The bikers then escorted the women to breakfast at Spur, providing an opportunity for them to relax, connect, and celebrate their shared experiences and achievements.
The biking community's dedication to protecting the safety and well-being of all women in the community is evident in the collaboration with My Father's House Baptist Church.
