KNYSNA NEWS - The Lofts Boutique Hotel on Thesen Island was the venue last weekend for the launch of a book, 10+years 10+projects, by professor Ora Joubert and was organised by CMAI Architects who acknowledged Joubert's work as a masterpiece in the world of architecture.

Joubert is the former head of the architecture departments at the universities of Pretoria and the Free State and the author of 10+years 100+buildings about architecture in a democratic South Africa, which in 2010 received an Award of Excellence from the SA Institute of Architects.
The books document the most meritorious design dissertations from the eight South African universities that offer architectural tuition at a postgraduate level.

The event at The Lofts was attended by a host of architects from all over the region, who also had a chance to buy her book and be part of the conversation surrounding the latest trends and ideas in architecture.
