KNYSNA | BITOU NEWS - The province is nearly 25 000 Covid-19 vaccine registrations away from reaching the three-million mark, with yet another Vooma Vaccination Drive lined up for Knysna this weekend.
As at Monday 4 April the Western Cape has seen 2 973 336 registrations for the vaccine, 52,98% of the eligible population.
In the Garden Route a total of 259 509 people have registered, 52,42% of the eligible population.
In Knysna there has been a total of 36 700 vaccine registrations, which is 63,93% of the eligible population.
Bitou has seen a total of 22 576 vaccine registrations, 53,13% of the eligible population.
To make it easier for surrounding residents to get their Covid-19 vaccines, the Western Cape Department of Health will be holding a Vooma Vaccination Drive at the Hornlee Clinic on Saturday 9 April between 08:30 and 13:00.
