BUSINESS NEWS - Knysna Nissan celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. It opened in 1997 and the current owners, Gary Laughton and Simon Guassardo, have been involved since 2002 and 2004 respectively.
The success of the company is largely due to the synergy and commitment of this duo.
Together with a team of driven and passionate individuals, they have made Knysna Nissan go from strength to strength over the years.
The collective experience and knowledge of the team ensure excellent and professional service.
At the recent Nissan South Africa 2021 Ignition Awards, Knysna Nissan was nominated in the Very Small Dealer category for New Vehicle Sales, Customer Satisfaction in both Sales and Service, and in Nissan Finance. They took home the honours of Top Sales for Nissan Navara Double Cabs, Datsun Customer Satisfaction for Service, Nissan Customer Satisfaction for both Sales and Service and the big one, The Nissan Dealer of the Year for Very Small Town 2021.
It is obvious from these awards that customer service is paramount at Knysna Nissan. They pride themselves on always putting the customer first and going above and beyond for every person who walks through their doors.
Now it is time to move to bigger and better things. They have added Haval/GWM to their stable - a brand that is going places and offers a great product at excellent prices.
The combination of Nissan and Haval will offer customers a full range of products and something to suit everyone.
Knysna Nissan and Haval Knysna are excited about their upcoming move to a new, modern dealership on Waterfront Drive.
This move, which is planned for the end of August, will see an expanded workshop with better facilities, as well as a bright and airy showroom, which are sure to provide a wonderful experience for all their current and future customers.
Gary and Simon thank all their loyal staff for being there through tough times and always giving their best. They also extend their thanks to all the contractors and builders on the new development, without whom the project would not have been possible.
