MOTORING NEWS - The South African Department of Mineral Resources and Energy has announced that 93 and 95 octane petrol will come down by 7c/l tomorrow, Wednesday 4 March.
The price of high sulphur (0.05%) diesel will fall by 17.50c and low sulphur (0.005%) diesel by 23.50c. Illuminating paraffin decreases by 6c.
The decrease in the price of petrol is due to the rand's strengthening against the dollar and the significant decrease in the price of diesel is because of a lower international diesel price.
