During a special Heritage gathering this weekend, Knysna’s Ward 4 received training equipment worth more than R200 000 to aid the 14 sports teams in the ward, including rugby, soccer, netball and boxing. The ward, which has been dubbed “the home of sports and political legends”, consists of White Location, Flenter, Rhobololo, Greenfields, Qolweni, Bloemfontein, eThembeni and Happy Rest.
