Kites make for memorable Sunday
The Eden Kite Festival, held this past Sunday in Karatara, was the biggest and best one so far, said organiser Jacky Weaver. With local and international kiters in attendance, and with the weather playing along wonderfully, Weaver said on Monday 23 October that although they still need to finalise some figures, the day was a resounding success. Kiters came from Port Elizabeth, Pretoria, Poland, England and the Netherlands.
