Not even an overturned truck causing a significant delay to proceedings could dampen the excitement and anticipation that lay within the public yesterday, Friday 5 May, as the King of the Hill competitors displayed and paraded their beautiful beasts in Hedge Street and Waterfront Drive. Their action gets underway today, 6 May, with the first practice session at 09:05.
