The Knysna CCTV Project launched 11 more cameras in Knysna on Friday 9 March. Speaking to some of the locals who walked past the newly installed cameras, Knysna journalists Nwabisa Pondoyi and Stefan Goosen asked how they feel about the added security in town, a local who wished to remain anonymous said, “F*** Big Brother. It is so sad and disturbing to see that humanity has degraded to a point we need cameras to feel safe." The rest had this to say:
