ENTERTAINMENT NEWS - Michael B. Jordan just can’t seem to get out of the news cycle at the moment.
Besides starring in some fantastic entertainment this year – the ground-breaking Black Panther and the dystopian TV show Fahrenheit 451, Jordan recently picked up the gong for Best Villain at the MTV Awards – and even found time to deliver a serious burn to disgraced sitcom star Roseanne Barr.
It seems the young talented actor isn’t done for this year.
Long time Rocky fans will note that Sly Stallone is back in the role as Adonis Creed’s trainer, but what might be of particular interest to them is the name on the back of Creed’s opponent’s ring robe at the end of the trailer.
That would be Drago, the same name as the man who took his father’s life in the ring.
The film is directed by Ryan Coogler, who has helmed numerous films starring Michael B. Jordan including the first Creed, Black Panther and Fruitvale Station. It seems the chemistry between this awesome director/actor pairing looks set to continue this year.
Creed II is out on November 24th. Mark your calendars.
