PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS NEWS - New Horizons drama group Art Attack can hold their heads high after becoming the first group from Bitou to win the Western Cape Department of Cultural Affairs and Sports (DCAS) Drama Festival in 13 years.

The local performing arts group participated in the festival on 25 February, walking away with the "Best of Eden" and "Best Overall Production" awards. 

They enthralled audiences at the festival with their performance of their original play, Delwersdorp, an ode to the community that the group hails from. 

The group is set to show why they were selected for these accolades with performances at the upcoming Zabalaza Festival on 25 March, and at the Artscape Theatre in Cape Town on 1 May.
