KNYSNA ENTERTAINMENT NEWS - From cult live act status in his hometown Cape Town to a chart-topping album domestically, Jeremy Loops' career has been characterised by breaking through glass ceilings. An international breakout year in 2015 saw him open for Twenty One Pilots on the road, headline a sold-out 30 000-ticket tour of his own, and release music, most notably his single Down South.
Loops also made a breakthrough in major European territories and elsewhere around the world. With his new album Critical As Water, led by the single Waves, in high rotation worldwide, Loops' ambitions of helping bring South African music to the world are well on course.
Soon Loops will be bringing his unique sound to Knysna when he performs at Vinyl on Main on Friday 17 August.
On the same weekend, Sunday 19 August, as part of his Impossible Machines album launch tour, Ard Matthews of Just Jinjer fame will be entertaining Knysna residents at the same venue.
