KNYSNA NEWS - A 13-year-old Hornlee Primary learner, L-Shaan Titus, has been afforded the opportunity to attend the Travel and Sport U13 Rugby Tour in Italy. The tour will be held from 6 to 15 December.
L-Shaan started playing rugby at the age of 11 for his school's U12 team. He excelled from the start and achieved SWD colours in his first year of playing.
He also participated in the Kobus Wiese Rugby Tournament in 2023 with Knysna Primary School, where he was named Player of the Match for each game played.
L-Shaan is also currently playing for the U13 SWD team.
With your help, L-Shaan Titus could be off on an Italian tour in December.
Participating in the Travel and Sport tour to Italy will afford the young player the chance to display his sportsmanship at international level. In addition to showing great passion for the game at such a young age, L-Shaan is also a formidable student at school.
His ultimate goal is to be selected for a national franchise such as the Stormers.
