KNYSNA NEWS AND GALLERY- The second part in our short series of articles and galleries looking back on the 2022 Simola Hillclimb takes us to the King of the Hill parade, which took place on Friday 6 May.
The parade marks the start of the King of the Hill section of the Simola Hillclimb weekend ever year.
The cars first lined up in Hedge Street during the day, where they were on display for the public until the start of the parade.

Drivers also had to put their vehicles through scrutineering during the day, to make sure everything was in order ahead of the weekend's racing.
The parade officially started at 17:00 with a show from professional SA drifter Jason Webb in his Monster Energy-liveried Ford Mustang.
The competitors then made their way from Hedge Street onto Waterfront Drive to show off their rides for everyone to enjoy.
