KNYSNA NEWS - The organising team of KnysnaX Sporting Events welcomed runners to The Farm on Old Cape Road last week for their second Ravine Time Trial.
The first time trial was held on 26 February with the plan host the run on the last Friday of every month, and true to the plan, they organised the second edition for Friday 26 March.
Runners were treated to perfect running weather, with overcast skies and cool air, once again enjoying the challenge.
The Ravine Time Trial follows a 1km route around the trail at The Farm, and presents a series of unique challenges, with a few sneaky uphills scattered along the route.
