KNYSNA POLITICAL NEWS - The Democratic Alliance (DA) Knysna Constituency Head Dion George announced the resignation of DA Councillor in Knysna Municipality Michelle Wasserman earlier today, Tuesday 25 May.
In a press statement, George said the DA notes the resignation of Wasserman from the Knysna Council.
“She has served the people of Knysna with distinction and her contribution to the DA caucus in Knysna was invaluable. In particular, her legal expertise has greatly assisted in holding the governing ANC alliance to account,” he said.
Wasserman remains a member of the DA.
“We wish her all the best in her future endeavours,” George said.
