The quickest way to tell a car is old, worn and poorly used is cracked, torn or faded upholstery, especially on the front seats. Fixing this is one of the smartest ways to pimp your ride. You may choose to reupholster your car seats but, be warned – this is a costly and time-consuming exercise. A more affordable option is to buy stylish seat covers.
Fix the dents
Nothing detracts more from your car’s appearance than a big dent. If you make other repairs or additions but leave dents on the body, it’s akin to getting a new haircut while you’ve got a huge, red pimple in the middle of your face. People simply won’t be able to look away! Unrepaired dents can also lead to rusting and damage to the paintwork.
