KNYSNA NEWS - The body of an unidentified man was found at the Hornlee sports field on Friday 30 January, with circumstances surrounding the incident still unclear.
It is alleged that the man was at the field during Knysna Secondary School’s interhouse athletics on the day.
Reports indicate that he was seen lying on the field as the event concluded and participants and spectators were preparing to leave.
Emergency services were called to the scene, where the man was reportedly declared dead.
