PLETTENBERG BAY NEWS - Mirror, mirror on the wall, who's the fairest … pooch of all?
This question will be answered on 24 November when the Robberg Veterinary Clinic will be hosting a dog show and funfair to raise funds for local crime fighters Plett Watch.
The funds will be used to send members of Plett Watch, a Plettenberg Bay neighbourhood watch group, on necessary training.
The event will be hosted at The Yard along Plett's Piesang Valley Road between 11:00 and 15:00, and pet owners have a variety categories to enter their dogs in. These include the cutest puppy, golden oldie, most friendly, most unique rescue or crossbreed, most handsome or prettiest, best dressed, best junior handler, most obedient, best groomed and cutest trick.
Over and above the dog show there will also be an array of activities for the entire family including pony rides, face painting, jumping castles, food and other entertainment.
A pet entry into a category is R30, but if you decide to enter your pet in three or more categories, R20 will be charged per category.
Plett Watch's Lisa Nagel said they are very thankful towards the clinic for the gesture.
