KNYSNA NEWS - Mandela Day was a momentous occasion for two ECD facilities in Knysna, with local businesses coming together to give back to their community.
This story of transformation began at the beginning of July when Kim Gess from the company Jeeves contacted the Knysna Education Trust (KET), asking it to nominate ECD facilities needing assistance.
KET pointed them in the direction of two - one in Nekkies and one in Concordia.
After visiting the ECD facilities and assessing their needs, Jeeves came up with a plan of action, getting other businesses involved and orchestrating the assistance for both ECD facilities.
